Orders placed within the UAE ship within 24 Hours and are delivered within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated on the item).

All UAE orders are Free for Delivery .

You will receive a call to arrange your delivery time for Dubai orders and an email with AWB tracking number for orders outside Dubai, once your order has shipped.

Orders placed for GCC & Middle East countries other than the UAE ship within 24 Hours and are delivered within 3-6 business days (unless otherwise stated on the item).

All shipping rates are competitive weight-based from your total order weight and automatically calculate at checkout based on your location.

You will receive an email and AWB tracking number once your order has shipped.

*All skin and hair products are not allowed to be shipped outside of the UAE as per courier regulations
