How do I return an item(s)?
The Baby Boutique gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

• Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached.
• When trying items on, please ensure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals. Please try on shoes on a soft clean surface. Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over underwear.
• Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached (if applicable).
• Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item.
• Please keep away items from animals and pets as they may become soiled with pet hair etc.
• Please note that toiletries and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns for face masks unless faulty.
• Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns that have been worn, used or are soiled or damaged. We can also not accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.
• All returns are carefully checked upon arrival. Those that do not meet our guidelines will be shipped back to you.

How does it work?
• Go to “My Account”
• Click on “Account Information”, then “Return Form”
• Select the order (s) you want to return from the list.
• Select the most appropriate return reason.
• Add your comments.
• Attach a photo for the product.
• Add contact telephone number.
• Or by contacting us (Arrange a Return, Replacement or Exchange). You may contact us through email, live chat.
Returns Terms and Conditions
1. The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

You have received a wrong product;
You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or

You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
For electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.
If the return reason is:
1. Change of mind, 2. Not as expected, 3. Ordered by mistake, 4. Ordered wrong color or size. Only in certain conditions.
You have a right to return a product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Fashion. open packaging accepted if the product(s) still has the original tags and not used.
All other Categories. Only unbroken original packages including all accessories.
Non-returnable Products. Refer to product list in clause below.

Non-returnable Products.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
1. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
2. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
3. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
5. Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footware, books, CDs/DVDs, potty training items, maternity belt, health, hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products).
6. Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
7. Items on sale.
8. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
9. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.
10. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
11. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
12. Gifts delivery orders are not eligible for returns.
13. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE].

Your Refund:
• For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees in case of the product is not as expected. Note: If you are in the UAE and would like to return the item without paying the return fees, please send it back to The Baby Boutique Headquarters: Office B101, 1st Floor, Building C, Diamond Business Center.
• If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
• If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
• For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure:
 We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
• If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund as store credits; or
• if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.

Refund Timescale:
 Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
• If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within seven (7) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;
• If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
• If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
