The Baby Boutique understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available. Whether you’re an experienced mom or expecting your first bundle of joy, everything you need to know about shipping is right here. All days referenced are working days (Sunday – Thursday). Any orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Sunday.

Delivery times for personalised items take longer as these are shipped separately. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for dispatch.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

VAT is included in the price of the product and you will clearly see it in your shopping bag when you check out.

Where is my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can check progress with the relevant courier. Please contact us on our Chat if you do not receive your tracking number or are worried about the tracking that is showing for your order.
